Moving beyond "efficiency"

Insurance software is dense. To make people care, we had to identify a villain that wasn't a competitor, but a feeling. In our pre-production interviews, we latched onto the phrase "incredibly lonely.

The speaker described the back office not just as manual work, but as a place of isolation where spreadsheets "broke down" under pressure. We structured the script to validate this pain first.

Visualizing the "Tech Layer"

Explaining the abstraction

The core challenge was explaining a "tech layer"—an invisible bridge between systems. Instead of dry screen recordings, we utilized a documentary-style "Origin Story." We framed the software as the antidote to the chaos: providing a "real-time view" that eliminates the 3-day wait.
